Does York XL accept in-kind support?
Yes, when the materials, space, equipment, services, or other contribution matches a current need and does not create an unsustainable cost or obligation.
Can a business sponsor a specific program or experience?
Potentially. A sponsor may support a defined cohort, camp experience, public event, garden need, scholarship effort, or project cost. Availability depends on current plans and confirmed budgets.
Can employees or members volunteer as a group?
Yes, when there is a suitable project, appropriate supervision, a realistic group size, and enough lead time to organize useful work.
Can York XL serve as a partner on a grant proposal?
Possibly. York XL must have a meaningful role, adequate time to evaluate the request, a realistic scope, and sufficient capacity. Please do not list York XL as a partner before receiving confirmation.
Does every partnership require funding?
No. Some partnerships contribute knowledge, access, space, experiences, services, materials, or relationships. However, York XL cannot routinely absorb substantial new work without resources to support it.
